Upon arrival by air to the Out Islands of the Bahamas (affectionately referred to as the Family Islands by Bahamians), one can see its lush greens. Hence, a lot of green, a “lotta leaf”. There are so many types of trees, plants, and vines dancing with variations of green all over the islands. They inspire a fresh and frisky feeling and in contrast against the bright painted buildings, create a gorgeous environment for locals and those lucky enough to visit. Spotted en route to brunch, a particular pink house surrounded by big green leaves on Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera inspired this print.

All print designs begin with an original sketch or painting and end with a hand-screen printing technique.
